I also want to say that I know you have a non smoking area but for one it should be downstairs not upstairs as smoke rises. Time to get with the times and move forward and eliminate smoking. Smokers will still go gamble if your casino is non smoking because they will have no choice. All the other casinos in New England are now non smoking.

I’ve been going to Twin River since it was a dog track, I final gave up this month 2022 and will choose elsewhere.
